Strawberry Soup Recipe

Strawberry Soup is one of our family favorites. It's the perfect starter for a special meal, and always our "most requested" birthday dinner item! This is a cold fruit soup intended for a starter before a meal, but it's as easy to make as a smoothie. Strawberry soup makes a great impression for a special celebrations! Give it a try and see what you and your family thinks!

Strawberry Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 bag, 20 oz. frozen strawberries
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup sugar (or substitute)
1/8 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Puree all ingredients in a blender, and pour into a serving bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours or more. Garnish individual servings with a sliced fresh strawberry and fresh mint leaves.
