Top Homeschool Tip for Summer Vacation
I took my favorite book with me on vacation almost every year - to read while my kids were reading something. Now I have to add my disclaimer, {This post contains affiliate links. Sometimes I only read the sidebar quotes, other times I'd read the text, but I always got some encouragement that helped me make the next year of homeschooling more tolerable.
Summer is a great time to cuddle up with ANY book, of course. I also spend my summers pre-reading the readers and literature books we'll use throughout the school year. I always enjoyed that and found it to be so much fun! Especially in the early grades, it was pretty easy reading, so relaxing and enjoyable, and it really helped me to look forward to the coming year.
